Cottonwood Canyons

Little Cottonwood Canyon will remain closed overnight due to hazardous conditions and avalanches within the canyon. Potential AM opening on Tuesday, January 24th. 

Big Cottonwood Canyon requires chains or 4 wheel drive for all vehicles. 

 


Cache and Box Elder Counties

Logan Canyon

Sardine Canyon


US 91 Sardine Canyon is restricted to vehicles with chains or four wheel drive.

Logan Canyon, US-89, is closed at this time due to hazardous/winter conditions. Duration is unknown at this time. Motorists to and from the Bear Lake Valley should access the Wasatch Front and Cache Valley via I-80/I-84 at Evanston.

SR-143 is Closed from mile post 17 to 28, past Brian Head to Mammoth Creek, due to weather.

SR-14 Closed


SR-14 is closed at MP 5 (Right Hand Canyon RD.) to MP 29 (Duck Creek Village) due to heavy snow.
SR-158
SR-158 (Powder Mountain Highway) is closed due to hazardous/winter conditions. Unknown duration at this time. 

Box Elder County

I-84


Chains/4x4 are advised for I-84 in the Snowville area from MP 7 to MP 23 due to road weather conditions.

Utah County

SR-92 (Provo Canyon to Sundance)


SR-92 will be closed for avalanche control from Provo Canyon to Sundance between 7:30 - 8:30.
